At Velo Orange, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cycling gear and components. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, have not been mounted to a bicycle, and are within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization and the appropriate shipping address for our warehouse.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and ship them back to us using a trackable carrier of your choice.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned components, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
